Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion of project deliverables. 
• Maintain and update project schedules, action registers, deliverable registers, meeting minutes, progress reports and project correspondence records.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, vendors, subcontractors and clients to follow up on pending information, deliverables, comments,clarifications and approvals.
• Track project milestones,deliverable status, procurement status, site progress, cost-related status, key project issues, and highlight delays or risks to the Project Manager.
• Arrange and coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meeting, maintain action lists and follow up on closure of actions.
•  Support procurement activities under the guidance of Project Manager, including preparing RFQ packages, requesting quotations, coordinating vendor clarifications,maintaining quotation records and assisting in comparison summaries.
• Assist in coordinating project logistics, site access, work permits, manpower planning, material delivery and project administrative matters with relevant project/site personnel where required.
• Monitor and maintain proper project filing,records and document control, including correspondence, drawings, reports,vendor documents, submissions and approvals.
• Support project close-out activities, including compilation of final documentation, as-built records,handover documents and lessons learned.
• Comply with company project procedures, document control requirements, quality standards and applicable project execution practices.
• Carry out other project coordination, ad hoc or administrative duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

Job Description:

• Prepare Electrical and Instrumentation design documents including Lighting design and calculation.
• Preparation of lighting layout 2D and 3D drawings, Lighting circuit diagram. Earthing and Lightning Protection design and drafting of layout, section, and elevation drawings.
• Cable ladder, conduit, trunking, cable routing design. Preparation of 2D and 3D design drawings.
• Cable sizing calculation, prepare Electrical cable schedule Prepare material take off (MTO) for material purchase.
• Fire Alarm, CCTV, Card Access, Public Addressing system design, preparation of system schematic and Layout drawings 2D and 3D.
• Preparation of Instrument Location layout drawing Preparation of Junction box termination drawings, Instrument Loop diagram Preparation of instrument Hook up, typical installation details.
• Preparation of instrument cable schedule Design coordination with internal design disciplines such as Structure, mechanical, piping team for design interface issue.

Requirements:

• 3~5 Year of relevant design experiences
• Minimum hands-on experience for using design software such as AutoCAD , Navisworks Manage,

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

REQUIREMENT:-
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of QS experience in mechanical, piping, or oil & gas projects (Singapore experience preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, CostX, Bluebeam, or similar QS software.Strong knowledge of mechanical & piping materials, construction methods, and industry standards.
-Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or PSSCOC contracts is advantageous.

Job description:

· Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project construction activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules as Contractor’s principal representative to Owner at the jobsite.

· Forms preliminary construction plans including organization, staffing, and administration, subject to review by the Project Manager.

· Studies specifications to plan construction procedures; monitors procurement of equipment and materials to be delivered to conform towork schedules.

· Finalizes assignment of field construction personnel and mobilization plan of manpower; assembles members of organization at the start of the project.

· Authorizes work and services to be purchased from outside sources or subcontracted at the jobsite in accordance with construction policy and project economics.

· Confers with or directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.

· Authorizes the field construction schedule and field construction procedures to ensure good workmanship, safe construction, and on-schedule performance.

· Acts as liaison between Contractor and Owner’s representatives in the interpretation of specifications.

· Receives from subordinates’ reports on progress, materials, manpower, and costs, and directs the work schedule.

· Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications. Develops new construction methods to satisfy unusual circumstances and changes from the original plan.

· Approves jobsite expenditures for labor and services by reviewing cost records, workmanship, material quality and quantity, scheduling and procurement.

· Approves Safety procedures for all site workers to abide.

Requirements:-

• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering field
• 5 years’ experience least in oil & gas, chemical construction industry
• Experience in executing construction in process/petrochemical plants and storage terminals
• Degree holder in relevant major
• Independent, resourceful, diligent and good team player.

Job Description

1. Assist the Project Manager with preparation of overall cost and progress reports and other matters related to schedules, cost and materials.

2. Assists the Project Manager and supervise Document Controller to implement systematic document control and filing procedures.

3. Liaise and coordinate with Engineering and Procurement Departments for preparation of monthly progress reports prior to Project Manager’s approval.

4. Coordinate with the Construction department leaders on progress monitoring and recording.

5. Prepare and record change proposals for the contract between Contractor and Client.

6. Assist PM organize tender activities and coordinate in disciplines, vendors for tender preparations
