• Execute all activities ensuring compliance to Company’s HSSE Policies and Management System.

2. Quality Control

• To carry out daily quality control checks on fuel in mobile fueling equipment. This include visual, dirt, capsule water detector tests and draining and flushing of fueling equipment until satisfactory results are obtained.

• To carry out product quality checks during aircraft fueling and upon customers' request to show record for product temperature and density. To collect, label and keep product retention samples correctly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all import shipments into ADC Singapore via air, ocean, and road, ensuring timely updates and communication of delays to stakeholders
• Coordinate with forwarders to ensure accurate import permit declarations, customs clearance, and delivery into ADC Singapore
• Verify accuracy of all import shipment permits declared by forwarders and ensure permits are declared within 7 days of shipment arrival
• Update supply availability dates promptly in Oracle system to maintain accurate inventory records
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with forwarders to assess performance and resolve issues
• Verify import freight bills to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare monthly tonnage and GST reports to support financial and operational tracking
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all import-related matters, facilitating communication across teams
