About Our Client
Our client is a large-scale FMCG organisation with complex, multi-channel operations. They are investing heavily in supply chain digitisation, advanced planning and inventory optimisation to support growth, resilience and customer excellence.
Job Description
- Lead enterprise-wide supply chain digitisation initiatives with primary ownership of inventory management, replenishment and purchase order systems.
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for inventory and supply chain platforms, ensuring scalability, robustness and data integrity.
- Drive inventory optimisation through advanced forecasting, planning and AI-enabled decision support to improve availability, reduce excess stock and enhance productivity.
- Design and implement replenishment workflows across B2B, vendor-managed inventory, e-commerce and allocation-based models.
- Partner closely with logistics, distribution, transportation, technology and data teams to deliver seamless end-to-end supply chain solutions.
- Track and deliver against key supply chain KPIs including inventory health, service levels, cost-to-serve and customer satisfaction.
- Standardise inventory and product lifecycle processes, establishing governance frameworks and best practices across the organisation.
- Lead user adoption through training, documentation and ongoing system support, acting as the subject matter expert for supply chain systems.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong understanding of replenishment planning, inventory optimisation and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Proven experience owning and developing enterprise systems or digital products in complex environments.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools; exposure to SQL, Python or advanced systems is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and influential leadership style.
- Self-driven, adaptable and resilient, with high integrity and a continuous improvement mindset.
