Job Scope：
Develop and drive regional supply chain strategies to support business growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing sites.
Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory planning, and procurement strategies.
Analyze demand trends, market changes, and customer forecasts to create accurate supply plans and mitigate risks such as shortages or excess inventory.
Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain network, including sourcing strategy, production allocation, and distribution flow across the region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Engineering, Sales, and Finance) to ensure alignment of supply chain initiatives with business objectives.
Drive inventory optimization strategies, balancing service levels, working capital, and obsolescence risks—especially for fast-moving electronic components.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics, automation, and digital supply chain tools (e.g., ERP, APS systems).
Monitor key supply chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service level, lead time) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Develop risk management strategies for supply disruptions, including supplier diversification, buffer strategies, and contingency planning.
Lead regional supply chain transformation projects, including process standardization, system upgrades, and scalability initiatives.
Manage and mentor regional planning teams, ensuring capability development and consistent execution across different countries.
