The Mobility and Supply Strategy team works with stakeholders across all business functions in Grab to drive continuous improvements and lead special projects. The team is responsible to generate business insights and propose data-driven strategic initiatives to grow the business across both Transport and Deliveries.

We're looking for a warm, curious and hands‑on teammate to help shape and scale Grab's mobility products and growth initiatives. Reporting to the Mobility and Supply Strategy Manager, this analyst role blends strategy, analysis and execution — you'll frame problems, build pragmatic strategies, own projects end‑to‑end, and work closely with Marketing, Marketplace, Product and Ops team to launch pilots, learn fast and scale solutions that will benefit our driver-partner and ensuring top notch passenger experience.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Strategy
- Convert opportunities into clear problem statements and testable frameworks.
- Lead hypothesis‑driven analysis and translate results into concise strategic recommendations and product asks.
- Shape narrative‑aligned summaries and decision‑ready inputs.
End‑to‑end project ownership
- Define scope, build business cases, design pilots, set success criteria and manage timelines.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketplace, Marketing, Ops etc.) to execute pilots and rollouts.
- Monitor outcomes, iterate quickly and produce playbooks for scale.
Expansion & scaling
- Identify high‑potential areas and prioritise using data‑driven frameworks.
- Design go‑to‑scale strategies framework and translate pilot learnings into operational playbooks.
- Jointly develop go-to-market plans by collaborating with key stakeholders such as PQX team, Dax comms, Acquisition and Cities team for execution readiness.
Driver Lifecycle Management
- Identifying gaps in the driver experience to ensure continuous contribution on Grab platform
- Synthesize marketplace signals to recommend target segments and suggest different treatments to encourage loyalty
Business analytics & insights
- Conduct focused deep dives into conversion funnels, unit economics, pricing sensitivity and customer segments.
- Build and own simple dashboards for core KPIs (adoption, utilization, contribution margin, activation lift).
- Lead opportunity sizing and ROI analysis to guide prioritization.
