We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented R&D Chemist to play a vital role in our product development and innovation team. The R&D Chemist will contribute to the formulation, testing, and optimization of health food products in various dosage forms, helping us bring innovative and high-quality products to the market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the internal team to formulate and develop health food products in different dosage forms.
• Conduct laboratory-scale formulation batches with sensory tests, and other related tests to optimize product formulations for quality, stability, and efficacy.
• Participate in prototype development, ensuring that products meet desired sensory, nutritional, and functional attributes.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document and maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results.
• Prepare product write-ups.
• Assist in the scale-up and manufacturing process, collaborating with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes related to health food product development.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during product development. Work closely with marketing and regulatory teams to ensure accurate product claims and compliance with labelling requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in health food product development.
• Strong understanding of food science, formulation principles, and tests relevant to food products.
• Hands-on experience with formulation of food products and the relevant testing.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Visit customers to understand requirement and gather market information.

Job Description

1，Assist the department supervisor or engineer in completing the projects, product designs, and all related follow-up tasks.

协助部门主管或工程师完成负责项目，产品设计及各项跟进工作。

2，Follow up on the individual engineering issues that arise during the progress of the project, and propose solutions. Ensure that there are no delays at any stage of the project.

跟进负责项目的推进过程中的个性工程问题，并提出解决方案。确保项目每个节点没有延迟。 

Assist the department supervisor or engineer in completing all the tests, sample reviews and final approvals for the responsible products.

3，Assist the department supervisor or engineer in preparing, editing and finalizing the various engineering documents related to the responsible product.协助部门主管或工程师完成负责产品的各项工程文件的制作，编辑及最终发放。协助部门主管或工程师完成负责产品的各项测试，样板评审及最终批准

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics or related fields.

本科或以上学历，机械工程，机械制造，机电一体化等相关专业。

-1 year or more of background in the household appliance industry

1 年或以上家电行业背景。

3-Proficient in Creo , Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

熟练使用Creo, Excel, Word, Power Point 等办公软件。
