We are seeking a skilled and motivated Research Associate to join our environmental informatics team. In this role, the candidate will build and maintain the data infrastructure that underpins our environmental monitoring and early-warning systems. The work will involve diverse, high-volume data streams — including rainfall records, temperature sensors, radar imagery, and computer vision outputs — to deliver a unified, query table, and secure data platform that drives research, operational decision-making, and stakeholder dashboards. 

Key Responsibilities
1.  Environmental Data Platform
•    Design, build, and maintain a unified database to ingest and store diverse environmental data streams: rain gauge records, gridded temperature data, rainfall radar (e.g. OPERA, NEXRAD), satellite imagery, and computer vision model outputs.
•    Define and enforce common data schemas and ontologies across heterogeneous source formats (NetCDF, HDF5, GeoTIFF, CSV, JSON, REST/API feeds).
•    Implement scalable ingestion pipelines supporting real-time streaming and batch historical loads.

Position Overview

The Scientist / Senior Scientist (Infectious Diseases), Vaccines & Immunotherapeutics will develop mRNA immunotherapies across multiple therapeutic programs. This role is important in NATi"s development of immunotherapy candidates from discovery/pre-clinical to IND-enabling stages. The successful candidate will have prior experience and proven track record in the academic or biotech laboratory settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute the Vaccines R&D strategy in a creative, innovative manner. 
• Develop and optimise laboratory methods for characterisation of the different RNA therapeutic modalities (e.g., mRNA, circRNA, saRNA, gRNA), focusing on protein translation and stability. 
• Design and conduct in vitro assays to assess vaccine-specific responses and identify and quantify cellular targets and efficacy readouts for infectious diseases.
• Stay current with immunology, vaccinology literature and emerging platforms and provide scientific expertise in the areas of cellular and humoral immune responses to vaccines.
• Independently write protocols, procedures and develop and maintain SOPs to ensure reproducibility, compliance, and readiness for IND submission, contribute to CMC documentation.

• Detailed knowledge in immunology and cellular biology, mechanisms underlying autoimmune, allergy and inflammatory diseases with deep expertise in T-cell function and with emphasis on cytokine signalling, tolerance mechanisms, and immunopathology. 
• Proven proficiency in immunophenotyping, particularly extensive hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry including panel design, staining fluency, compensation, and data analysis/interpretation.
• Strong record of accomplishment in advancing immunology-focused therapeutics and leading translational/biomarker initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop, validate and troubleshoot assays.

The National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS Academy for Healthy Longevity seeks an experienced and dynamic individual to be a (Senior) Research Fellow within Prof. Maier's research group. This position will lead the research and support team that conducts clinical trials and manages day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Trial Innovation and Excellence

• Development of innovative clinical trial protocols testing geroprotectors
• Introduction and improvement of biological, clinical, and digital biomarkers of ageing into clinical trial protocols
• Evaluation and validation of new assessment methods for implementation in clinical studies
• Contribute to the establishment of global standards for gerotherapeutic trials and international clinical trial networks

Clinical Trial Operations

• Oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and good clinical practice (GCP)
• Supervise the recruitment, scheduling, and management of research participants
• Supervise the collection and maintenance of clinical trial documentation, including data records and equipment maintenance logs
• Ensure compliance with clinical inventory management procedures
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Team Leadership and Management

• Provide effective leadership and guidance to the research team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Oversee the allocation and management of workloads, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources

Funding and Resource Acquisition

• Identify and pursue relevant grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding bodies
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality grant proposals and funding applications, ensuring alignment with funder requirements and research objectives

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Fascination for the ageing process and experience in observational and intervention studies in humans
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervisory or administrative roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with participants, staff, and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with clinical research protocols, standard operating procedures, and good clinical practice
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail

Job Description

•             Robot design.

The candidate is expected to assist in the design, fabrication, and testing of a novel robotic system based on application-related specifications.

•             Robot experiments.

The candidate is expected to support the definition of experimental protocols, in terms of trials and parameters to measure, to help with the experimental set-up, experimental validation, performance testing, and iterative improvements of developed prototypes and with the recording and analysis of experimental results.

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into functional robotic systems.

•             Support applied projects in collaboration with industrial partners and contribute to technology transfer efforts.

•             Present research findings at international workshops, conferences, and internal project meetings.

•             Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and assist in writing articles for publication in top-tier journals and conferences.

Qualifications

•             Mechanical Engineering degree

•             Robotics expertise: knowledge of robotics and soft robotics fundamentals, skills for robot design.

As the R&D Director, you will be the visionary leader driving the next generation of our gaming portfolio. You will oversee our core engineering, prototyping, and game design pipelines, transforming blue-sky ideas into market-ready hits. This role requires a unique blend of cutting-edge technical expertise, deep gaming intuition, and exceptional team-building skills to foster a culture of rapid innovation, high performance, and creative freedom.

Key Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy: Define and execute Joytana’s technical and creative R&D roadmap, aligning game mechanics, engines, and emerging tech with long-term business goals.

• Rapid Prototyping & Innovation: Oversee the "Greenlight" pipeline, guiding teams from initial concept and paper designs to playable core-loop prototypes. Establish clear criteria for when to pivot, kill, or scale a project.

• Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team of game engineers, technical artists, and designers. Foster an inclusive, psychological-safe environment where creative risk-taking is celebrated.

• Tech Stack Optimization: Evaluate and implement next-gen tech (e.g., advanced AI for asset pipelines, procedural generation, cross-platform deployment, server architecture optimization) to keep Joytana ahead of the curve.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, LiveOps, User Acquisition, and Analytics teams to ensure R&D initiatives are informed by player data and market trends without suffocating creative instinct.

• Performance & Delivery: Establish KPIs for code quality, architectural scalability, and milestone delivery. Maintain an agile framework optimized for experimental development.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• Lead by Example: 8+ years of experience in game development, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Head of R&D, or Lead Producer/Architect) at a successful gaming studio.

• Proven Track Record: At least 2-3 successfully shipped commercial titles (Mobile, PC, or Console) where you played a pivotal role in architectural design or core game mechanics.

Technical Skills

• Deep proficiency in modern game engines (Unity)

• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and real-time multiplayer networking architectures.

• Experience integrating generative AI, machine learning, or advanced automated testing into development workflows is a major plus.

Soft Skills & Leadership
