About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Prompt Engineer to join our team. You will design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability of AI-driven applications. The role requires a mix of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and domain understanding to bridge human intent with AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine prompts for AI/LLM applications to ensure high-quality and contextually accurate outputs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate prompt strategies into applications and workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing and evaluate prompt effectiveness across different scenarios.
• Maintain a knowledge base of reusable prompt templates and frameworks.
• Stay updated with advancements in generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering techniques, and tooling
• Analyze outputs, debug issues, and propose prompt modifications for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or similar.n
• Understanding of Agentic frameworks specifically of LangChain, LangGraph
• Experience with prompt design, chaining, and optimization.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).

This role combines data analysis and client consultation from the start, with plenty of room for growth. You find the stories behind scatter plots and help clients determine which products to launch. RESPONSIBILITIES

·   Managing clients and their respective projects custom research team in matters of market research based on experience in the Technology & telecommunications, FMCG industry,.

·  Reporting to a project lead, you will be responsible for the successful execution of customized quantitative studies, including project costing, questionnaire design, project management and execution, analysis and report writing.  

Client Management  

· Managing clients and their respective projects from beginning to end, including making actionable recommendations to support key business objectives  

· Consistently exceeding client expectations from project inception through completion  

Project Management  

· Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, all in different design/analysis stages  

· Proactively anticipating, troubleshooting, overcoming, and/or escalating challenges to your project lead in a timely manner  

· Coordinating project task activities between your project team and internal support/operations team(s)  

· Consulting (Questionnaire Design, Analysis, Reporting & Writing)  

· Assist in the development of strong and captivating proposals to meet client needs, based on short research briefs and/or elaborate RFPs; including assisting with costing structure, methodological design, analytical framework, etc.  

· Designing questionnaires/focus group screeners/interview guides to meet the specific or unique client objectives  

·Synthesis and communication of both primary and secondary research findings into actionable insights according to the client’s objectives  

· Full reporting and analysis (via PowerPoint): Interpreting and analysing multivariate data, drawing insightful conclusions and providing recommendations, where applicable.  

· Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff  

· Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request accuracy and correctness

Client Consulting:

Position Overview

Library is our Content Creation business. We produce research that allows institutional investors to make better and faster investment decisions. We conduct in depth Interviews with senior executives and industry specialists to unearth critical insights and generate unfiltered transcripts. 

Our 175-strong industry aligned team covers over 18,000 public and private companies, applying data-driven factor models to identify where capital is most likely to be deployed.  

In order for us to deliver on our ambitious growth targets, we would like to recruit an Associate to assist our growing team in Hong Kong and India in identifying and engaging with the most relevant industry professionals to take part in upcoming interview discussions.

Responsibilities:

In this role your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Performing research on industries and businesses in the Pan-Asia region, with a focus on India, Southeast Asia and Australia, in order to source and identify the most relevant individuals (C-level executives and practitioners working at the heart of their industries) to take part in moderated interviews

• Engaging these individuals to invite them to participate in our research, while assessing and ensuring that their insights are relevant and their fees are within budget

• Building a professional network and monitoring the relevant markets/companies in the assigned sector areas according to Library content coverage strategies

• Working in tight deadlines and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across different global offices

Additional Information about the role:

• The format is a 1-hour industry interview between our Sector analyst and 1 industry expert. The Sector Analyst is responsible to generate the projects and design the question list. The Associate will collaborate with one of our Sector Analysts (Third Bridge employee, like an internal client) on the projects to source the industry experts.

• Once the Sector Analyst assigns a project, the Associate will do some desktop research, and will be responsible for sourcing the Industry Expert we want to connect and invite for an industry interview. You need to find the most relevant individuals using LinkedIn, company websites, job boards, our own database and a lot more. Once you've found someone with the right background, you are then responsible for making contact with them. Most often, that comes in the form of a cold call. You will introduce Third Bridge and what we do, screen the individual’s background, assess whether they have the right experience/knowledge related to the project/topic and if they are the right fit for the topic, convince them to participate in our industry interviews.

• Something to consider about this role is that it is very outreach heavy, fast paced and metric oriented environment. In the first year the goal is to schedule industry interviews with 14-16 industry experts per month.

About the Role

As a Senior Analyst in NIQ’s Innovation BASES team, you will own innovation research studies end to end—from setup and fieldwork management to analysis and client ready storytelling. You will be an execution expert within the team, while also training and guiding junior analysts on BASES processes, data handling, and insight development. End-to-End Study Execution
