CBDS functions as a strategic platform for cutting-edge research, education, and services in data science, AI, and biomedical computation, building on existing institutional initiatives such as DAISI.

Dr. Xiaoyu Song’s laboratory at Duke-NUS Medical School is seeking a motivated Research Assistant or Research Associate to support ongoing projects in biostatistics, bioinformatics, computational biology, artificial intelligence (AI), and multi-omics data analysis.

The successful candidate will join an interdisciplinary team developing statistical, computational, and AI-driven approaches to analyse complex biomedical data. A/Prof Nicholas Tolwinski is seeking a Research Fellow to conduct large-scale dataset analysis using machine learning approaches. Our dynamic and growing research group focuses on understanding signal transduction biology and developing interventions to improve health span and quality of life.

• Oversee data collection from molecular and cell biology experiments under the supervision of the Principal Investigator or his designate.

The successful candidate will work with Professor Toh Kim Chuan on methods for convex relaxations of polynomial optimization under a project on "Methods for nonsmooth nonconvex optimization".

The main responsibilities of the position include the followings:
