We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant. This role is based in Singapore, reporting to our SG Office Manager. In this role you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of our growing team of traders, researchers, and technologists. The role will suit an individual who is self-motivated and is able to adopt a methodical, logical, and creative approach to new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors
• Managing meeting room bookings
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Ordering office and pantry supplies
• Upkeep of office tidiness
• Booking and managing travel arrangements
• Coordinating onboarding setup for new hires
• Assisting overseas visitors (seating, access, etc)
• Coordinating office meals
• Assisting in special events (office outings, trainings, etc)
• Assisting in office renovation projects

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in administrative support or similar roles in a large and established organisation  
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools 
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion 
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The Role

You will research and experiment with what drives visibility in AI-powered search engines such as Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini. This is a hands-on research and engineering role — you will design experiments, build models, and see your work directly impact the product.

What you will do:

• Design and run experiments to identify and validate GEO ranking factors
• Develop and iterate on algorithms and scoring models
• Analyze large-scale data to extract actionable insights
• Work closely with the founding team to translate research into product features

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

• PhD (fresh graduate) or Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval
• Solid experimental mindset — able to design tests, analyze results, and draw conclusions
• Curious, fast learner, comfortable exploring territory without a map

Nice to have

• Familiarity with how LLMs process and retrieve information
• Experience with search, ranking, or recommendation systems
• Any prior exposure to SEO or content analytics

No prior GEO experience needed — we will learn together.

About the Role

Our client is building a pool of Learning & Development (L&D) and Research Assistants to support projects in digital learning, content development, and community engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to public sector training, policy-related content, and digital platform management.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Learning & Content Development

• Develop e-learning materials and interactive online courses using tools such as Articulate Rise
• Support simple video editing for training content
• Contribute to content focused on policy issues and analytical tools

Content Curation & Platform Management

• Manage and maintain knowledge hubs and microsites via Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
• Convert research papers into engaging, bite-sized digital content
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements

EDM & Communications

• Curate and publish EDMs (electronic direct mail) to engage public service officers
• Drive participation in seminars, training programmes, and research content
• Track and analyse engagement rates and user behaviour

Programme & Event Support

• Assist in organising seminars, workshops, and training sessions
• Manage event logistics (venue booking, registration, materials preparation)
• Support virtual and hybrid events using platforms such as Microsoft Teams
• Liaise with speakers and facilitators, manage communications, and collect feedback

Requirements

• Background in Communications, Learning & Development, Public Policy, or related fields preferred
• Interest in digital learning, content creation, or research
• Strong writing, communication, and organisational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Experience with e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Rise) or basic video editing is an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

R&D Engineer / Test Engineer
Work Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,500

Job Responsibilities

• Design and conduct performance, reliability, and sustainability testing

• Evaluate and analyse test data and results

• Prepare technical reports and documentation

• Install, operate, and maintain testing equipment and tools

• Troubleshoot and improve performance of existing products

• Support new product development activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
