Job Description:

• Dealing with international brand product
• Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media and digital marketing
• Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
• Work closely with sales and marketing to achieve their objectives
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate online and offline marketing activities, including events and digital campaigns.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign analysis, and monthly performance updates.
• Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with company branding guidelines.
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring of marketing expenses.
• Support management with any ad-hoc marketing tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications/ Business Studies or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably candidates with age below 40 years old
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Minimum 3-7 years of working experience in digital marketing role
• Good social media knowledge is required

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Compile regular report for dealership management to review
2. Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
3. Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customer and seek out new prospective sales
4. Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings its the sales staff
5. Step in to answer customer question and issues when required
6. Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
7. Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
8. Set sales goals, track progress and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
9. Recruit, hire, train and oversee a team of Automotive salespeople

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager (Business Transformation) to lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives across the Hotel Seri Malaysia network. This role is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, accelerating digital transformation, and delivering sustainable business growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development and execution of business transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Drive digital transformation, innovation, and automation across hotel operations.
• Oversee change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align transformation efforts with business priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum 10–15 years of working experience, with at least 5–8 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in business transformation, change management, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in hospitality industry is an added advantage.

- You actively approach customers who you see require additional help. You identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes in order to exceed their expectations.

-  You keep your area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked, and ensure that the IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place at all times to give customers a positive shopping experience.

- You have good knowledge in IKEA product range, and you share this knowledge with customers and colleagues. 

- You actively offer all the services available in the IKEA store to help customers make informed choices, which results in a better shopping experience for them .

- You ensure you maximise sales whilst maintaining profitability by knowing and actively steering towards the topselling and prioritised products (e.g. overstock/övertag).

- You handle cashering 

- You order the right amount of stock needed from store and refill them when stock arrived.
