Job Description

• Responsible for engaging customers flagged by the anti-fraud system and managing end-to-end case handling.
• Leverage data insights to support the development and enhancement of anti-fraud business rules in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on FAA-related documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate, escalate, and follow up on anti-fraud cases.
• Prepare relevant business data and submission materials.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 1 year of relevant experience in wealth banking, anti-scam/fraud prevention, or customer service operations.
• Good understanding of wealth management products, banking operations, and FAA/MAS regulatory guidelines
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, able to engage confidently with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Comfortable handling challenging conversations and sensitive customer situations
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in document review and compliance checks
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to identify patterns, risks, and anomalies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on in ensuring the daily stability and efficiency of global, high-density data centers and critical computing infrastructure.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize our systems to cut down on equipment failures and energy losses caused by harmonics or voltage fluctuations.
• Build and roll out PQ monitoring strategies for our critical power systems to help us hit strict Tier III/IV availability targets.
• Set up, commission, and run both temporary and long-term monitoring using tools like Fluke (435/1760/174), Dranetz, Hioki, or PQube.
• Tracking everything from harmonics and flicker to voltage dips and three-phase imbalances.
• Use Python, MATLAB, or advanced Excel to process PQ data.
• Handling 95th percentile evaluations, event waveform assessments, and building trend reports that line up with IEC 61000 standards.
• Handle pre-connection PQ reviews and on-site testing for Battery Energy Storage Systems.
• Verify harmonics, fluctuations, and fault ride-through metrics to ensure everything is up to code (IEC 61000, IEEE 519, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, High Voltage Technology, or a related field (A Master's degree is highly advantageous).
• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in power quality analysis, large-scale data center power systems, or energy storage projects.
• Highly skilled in on-site operations, data acquisition, and troubleshooting using Fluke or equivalent professional power quality analyzers.
• Deep familiarity with international power quality regulations and standards, including IEC 61000-4-30, IEEE 519, and EN 50160.
• Strong statistical analysis and programming capabilities, with practical proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, and advanced Excel functions.
• Proven track record in BESS integration, harmonic mitigation, or complex data center power projects (e.g., PCS inverter disturbance analysis, "PV + storage" optimization).
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 50% of the time for on-site commissioning, testing, and project support.
• Holding an EMA Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification in Singapore is a massive plus.

Role Purpose

To assist the Compliance Manager in development and maintenance of Swire Bulk’s policies and procedures while strengthening the overall compliance awareness and culture in the Company.

Role Accountabilities

Compliance

• Support the Compliance Manager to design, implement, review, and update Compliance policies and procedures aligned with JS&SL Level requirements. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of documented controls, identify gaps, and recommend pragmatic enhancements to strengthen governance and risk mitigation.
• Support the accuracy and currency of the policy repository by updating, administering, and maintaining policies and procedures within the Company’s Policy Management System. Ensure version control, proper indexing, retrieval readiness, and audit traceability, and coordinate timely updates with relevant policy owners when revisions are required.
• Support Compliance Manager in driving compliance awareness and culture-building initiatives across the Group and global offices by contributing to the design and rollout of compliance communications and training. • Perform first-line compliance screening for vendor onboarding by executing vendor due diligence checks including compliance screening and sanctions checks as part of the vendor onboarding workstream. Guide stakeholders on risk-aware decision making, escalate material concerns when needed, and contribute to consistent application of compliance standards across functions and locations.

Job Summary:

Leading a team in responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of all quality and process control systems within Fab Operations. This role is critical for ensuring world-class product yield, reducing defectivity, and maintaining strict compliance with customer specifications, internal quality standards, and relevant industry certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive a strategic roadmap for yield improvement and defect reduction across critical process modules.
• Lead the design and maintenance of advanced, real-time Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fault Detection and Classification (FDC), and Advanced Process Control (APC) systems to stabilize and optimize all fabrication steps.
• Cross-contamination management to achieve balance between research and development flexibilities in integration runsheet flow path vs process tools health and process repeatability.
• Small volume prototype protocol and product and process control plan alignment and set-up with requestor, process margin runs till demonstration of product SPC repeatability and line defect and electrical yield.
• Serve as the technical expert and primary quality interface for key customers, leading customer audits, addressing quality-related concerns, and driving customer-specific quality improvement plans.
• Problem Solving: Direct and oversee high-level, cross-functional root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) teams for major process excursions, non-conformances, and field returns, utilizing methodologies like 8D or Six Sigma
• Metrology & Inspection: Oversee the selection, qualification, and maintenance of all in-line and off-line metrology and defect inspection tools, ensuring measurement system accuracy (Gage R&R) and high data quality.
• Process Window Definition: Collaborate with Process Integration and R&D teams to define, qualify, and stabilize robust manufacturing process windows for all new product introductions (NPI), ensuring Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles are met.
• Data Analytics: Leverage large-scale manufacturing data (Big Data) to identify subtle process drifts, predict failures, and proactively implement controls.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Engineers, Process Control Engineers, and Technicians, setting performance goals, developing career paths, and fostering a culture of ownership and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to balance the trade-off between quality stability, process efficiency, and tool uptime.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Preferable 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership/management role focusing on Process Control, Quality Assurance, or Yield Engineering within a Fab environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes in different modules.
• Expert-level knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification highly preferred).
