The Contracts & Compliance (C&C) Assistant Manager is responsible for Contracts Review, Negotiation, and Compliance matters in the Research Division at NCCS.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and Manage C&C unit

Job Description

The Manager, Risk & Compliance is a new role at Hafnia, to be based in Singapore or Copenhagen and part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance pillar within the Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG team. The team works closely with Hafnia's Leadership Group across three pillars to enable strategic execution, safeguard the organization through robust governance and risk oversight, and embed sustainability across the business.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance. During an initial transition period, the role will report directly to the Head of Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG.

This position will play a critical role in operating Hafnia's risk management framework and Corporate Compliance Program, driving compliance efforts and managing enterprise risks. It involves guiding departments and maintaining oversight on compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-money laundering, GDPR, and business ethics. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

1.  QMS Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Own and manage the end-to-end ISO 13485-certified QMS, including document control, change control, CAPA, internal audits, and management review processes.
• Conduct periodic QMS gap analyses, identify process weaknesses, and drive corrective and preventive action plans.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Manual, SOPs, work instructions, and related controlled documents across all departments.

What you will do:

As Customer Excellence & Quality manager, you will be assigned directly to one or more major customers/ dealers to ensure their requirements are fully understood and translated to JCI’s design and operations processes.

This person will be responsible to the assigned customers/account teams to drive improvement in key customer metrics by identifying issues/opportunities, initiating resolution/improvement plans and driving/tracking actions by engaging appropriate functional management and business units to ensure full support.

The scope of this role can be global/regional and will likely involve multiple PBUs.

How you will do it:

• Work with the Customer Excellence & GlobalQuality Senior Director and other Customer Excellence & Quality Managers tobuild and manage the processes to drive improved customer experience.  This includes the adherence to global processes, tools and communications mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate visibility of opportunities and issues driving to quick action and results.
• Track and proactively share key customer insights and feedback to ensure product design and process improvements for a better customer experience. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to create feedback cycles, and to inform and enact these improvements
• Oversee the communication to the customer and resolve escalations when non-conformances are found at the customer in a timely and cost-efficient manner
• Develop and implement customer quality scorecard / KPIs to drive performance baselining and improvement on an ongoing basis
• Actively engage with your leadership and thebroader organization to support a customer-focused culture
• Account executive relationship management –Responsible for weekly updates to key partners across the business.  Must create and communicate progress in a way that builds confidence and demonstrates continued progress towards a world-class Quality organization
• Manage key partner relationships to ensure alignment across the enterprise via appropriate planning, execution, visibility, tracking, and governance
• Responsible for sharing Customer Quality and PMO best practices. Drive the use of best practices and apply lessons learned
• Engage globally with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization

Establishing and implementation of project quality plan, inspection and testing plan and work procedure for Piping, Pressure Vessel and Steel Structural works

Formulate and implement QC checklist, inspection record formats and documentation

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Supply Strategy & Platform Leadership

·      Drive and implement the integrated strategy across CMC, Quality, and Supply Chain as a unified business platform, ensuring the robustness and health of its multi-supplier network of CMO, suppliers and laboratories.

·      Align supply, technical, and quality strategies and operational KPIs with corporate objectives, portfolio priorities, and growth plans

• Ensure effective integration of process development, technology transfer, and manufacturing readiness into long-term supply strategy

4. Product Quality Leadership

• Establish and sustain product quality vision for supply and production grounded in proactive, risk-based decision-making, aligning with corporate QA/compliance.
• Ensure the effectiveness of related quality systems and ongoing regulatory compliance (GMP, GDP)
• Drive a culture of quality that balances compliance with operational agility and business needs

5. Supply Chain& Commercial Delivery oversight

• Oversee and continuously optimize a resilient global supply network, including manufacturing, logistics, and supplier ecosystems
• Design and lead a resilient supply ecosystem capable of anticipating disruption, rapidly adapting to change, and ensuring uninterrupted delivery of critical products
• Integrate supply chain planning with commercial demand and portfolio evolution
