Your key responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of domain knowledge and client testing processes to execute testing activities effectively.
• Work closely with the project team on daily tasks and participate in sprint demo meetings with clients.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases/test scripts.
• Identify, report, track, and monitor defects using the defect tracking system.
• Prepare and review test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Address issues related to testing quality and suggest improvements.
• Communicate test progress, results, and quality risks both internally and directly with the client.

Testing Support

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for OTC Derivatives, Structured Products Trade Confirmation projects, and the Collateral System Project

• Execute UAT test cases in accordance with predefined test scripts

• Identify, document, track, and follow up on testing issues and defects

• Assist with process documentation and support issue resolution during the testing cycle

Operational Support

• Assist in the reviewing and drafting trade confirmations in a timely manner

• Follow up on outstanding trade confirmations until completion

• Support timely responses to auditors’ and clients’ requests for audit confirmations

• Assist in reviewing and executing client mark-to-market (MTM) valuation reports and statements (e.g. ad-hoc, daily, and monthly requests)

• Liaise with the Product Control Group (PCG) on MTM valuations for non-system-computed transactions, where required

• Prepare and support the submission of periodic MIS reports (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly), including tracking of outstanding trade confirmations and follow-up actions

• Provide coverage and participate in duty rotation for essential team responsibilities as required
