Job Responsibilities:

• To participate in procedures for Supplier Management process such as supplier on-boarding, selection and approval process by assessing and evaluating supplier profile; visiting and auditing of supplier facility and process, initiating supplier quality agreement review, and establishing good partnership with suppliers

• Responsible for timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) , non-conformance investigation reports and customer complaints and publish reports on quality performance
• Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting involving members from production, engineering and quality departments to conduct root cause analysis, address quality issues, implement corrective actions and review its effectiveness
• Maintain updated and accurate documents and records on ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 system (includes Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms etc) to ensure system compliance and ready for Management Review
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure readiness of all sections for third party certification body, management review and customer audits
• Review audit findings and develop action plans to drive continuous improvements
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Quality Management / Engineering / Manufacturing or related field with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in handling audits and ISO documentation in manufacturing industries

Quality Assurance Engineer

The Role

We're looking for a mid-level QA Engineer to own quality across our backend services and frontend portal. You'll work across the full testing spectrum — from manual exploratory testing to building automated test suites — with a particular focus on API/integration testing and performance validation.

Our stack is Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Vue 3/Nuxt on the frontend. You'll be embedded in the delivery team, working closely with engineers and PMs to catch issues early and ship with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites covering API, integration, and end-to-end flows.
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing for new features, regression cycles, and edge cases.
• Write and maintain API test cases across REST endpoints — validating request/response payloads, error codes, and integration behaviour with third-party data providers.
• Design and execute performance and load tests; identify bottlenecks and work with engineering to resolve them.
• Collaborate with PMs to understand requirements and contribute to acceptance criteria and test plans early in the development cycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects clearly; follow through to resolution.
• Maintain and improve test infrastructure, tooling, and documentation over time.
• Contribute to a quality-first culture — advocating for testability in product and system design.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of QA experience in a SaaS, fintech, or technology product environment.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
• Solid API testing skills — comfortable with tools such as Postman or RestAssured; able to read and validate REST/JSON responses independently.
• Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, k6, or similar).
• Familiarity with Java or JavaScript/TypeScript sufficient to read and contribute to test code.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated tests integrate into the delivery process.
• Strong analytical mindset — able to identify edge cases, reproduce issues reliably, and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience working in Linux environments, with the ability to perform debugging, log analysis, and basic system-level troubleshooting.

Quality Engineer will be responsible for investigation, identification, and resolution of issues within design, specification, installation, commissioning, handover, service, warranty, and sustaining operations.
 

Responsible:

• Incoming and In Process Support: Support in managing and developing programs and reporting systems for all product types globally in collaboration with Program Management. Lead global engagement to enable shared processes development and usage.
• Issues Resolution Leadership: Lead and drive issues to resolutions through hyper collaboration across the entirety of the Organization. Go to the work and drive a solution for corrective and preventative actions.
• Documentation and Quality Record Maintenance: Maintain quality records such as inspection reports, test data, and non‑conformance logs. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with company quality procedures and regulatory requirements for energy storage products.
• Testing and Validation Support: Assist in quality testing activities for assembled battery energy storage containers, including functional testing, safety checks, wiring verification, and system-level commissioning tests. • Issues Triage: Serve as the front line for the quality intake systems and tasked with reducing ticket backlog and intake though the incorporation of lessons learned. Work to ensure tickets are properly assigned, prioritized, and evaluated for commercial risk. Use data analytics to review Non-Conformance Requests in the form of CAPAs, JIRAs, NCRs, and more.

Purpose and Scope

Technical Support
