Job Description:

• Provide Quality support at customer's site
• To manage and maintain customer's key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer complaint rate and yield rate
• Act as a quality bridge between the Company and customers to resolve issues
• Receive, process and track quality anomalies and feedback from customers
• Well versed with quality methods and quality tools
• Possess good attitude and interpersonal skills to maintain customer relationships

Job Requirements:

• This role requires frequent travelling to overseas for business trips
• Candidate with at least 3 years of related experience preferred
• Possess knowledge of monitors, displays will be of advantage
• This role requires liaison work between several Chinese counterparts. Proficiency of Mandarin is essential and required

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager oversees and ensures the quality standards of interior fit-out projects are maintained throughout the design, procurement, and construction stages. The role involves developing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and coordinating with project teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures for interior fit-out projects.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, design standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks during construction and fit-out works.

• Review materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and suppliers on quality issues and improvements.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.

• Conduct training and awareness programs for site teams on quality standards and procedures.

• Liaise with clients and consultants on quality-related concerns and inspections.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance/control in interior fit-out or construction projects.

• Knowledge of fit-out standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in inspection and reporting tools, MS Office, and quality management software.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Receive, review, and consolidate quality risk information from SHD (supplier alerts, material risk updates, incident trends, external indicators).
• Conduct basic data analysis and trend identification to highlight emerging material risks and recurring quality or food safety concerns.
• Flag high-risk or deteriorating trends to Supplier Quality, Food Safety, or GSQA teams for further review and escalation.
• Material Risk Assessment
• Develop and maintain supporting materials and resources for the material risk assessment process.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather required inputs for assessments.
• Lead risk assessments for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging using the Material Internal Risk Assessment (MIRA) template as part of new material qualification.
• Maintain accurate MIRA databases and trackers.
• Conduct annual reviews of all MIRAs to ensure assessments remain current and valid
• Maintain admin-level access to GSQA digital platforms to support supplier quality operations.
• Create, update, and manage supplier audit templates, checklists, and system configurations.
• Provide first-level support to users on system navigation, data entry standards, and reporting functionalities.
• Data Tracking & Reporting
• Consolidate supplier quality performance data from Business Units.
• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual GSQA reports
• Supplier complaints and nonconformance summaries
• Supplier Documentation & Records Management
• Maintain and control supplier quality documentation (certificates, specifications, etc.).
• Monitor expiry dates and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely renewals and updates.
