Key Responsibilities

• Carry out department's recruitment and retention efforts.
• Develop measures to ensure corporate regulations are followed.
• Develop organisation's procurement targets across teams to meet business development goals.
• Develop procurement implementation plans while ensuring procurement strategies are followed.
• Develop proposal development criteria to be used by potential sellers.
• Develop selection processes and criteria with sellers.
• Negotiate with preferred sellers on contract terms.
• Propose department's financial budget for management approval.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance evaluation to staff.
• Review and quicken payment processes for ad-hoc payment issues with sellers.
• Review audits on trade documentations and contract terms of trade transactions to reduce risks.
• Review how workplace technology approaches can be revised based on feedback.
• Review information gathered on potential sellers that fulfil requirements.
• Review inventory levels of products to identify future inventory needs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management
• At least 4 to 5 years experience in procurement of which at least 2 years in a managerial role with team management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good with numbers
• Strong business acumen and vendor management in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Familiar with procurement software and tools, an understanding of the technical aspects of products & services

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations for IT equipment based on instructions from the IT team
• Place purchase orders upon approval from the IT team
• Monitor vessel schedules and instruct forwarders on the optimal port for loading IT equipment
• Process invoices in accordance with internal procedures
• Arrange DHL shipments for IT equipment prepared at the office
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone when necessary
• Perform all tasks using the company’s internal systems

Requirements

Must-have

• Experience in procurement or purchasing operations (preferably IT-related, but technical IT knowledge is not required)
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Nice-to-have

• Experience handling DHL or other courier shipment arrangements

Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations (about 2000 sqft). This role involves overseeing receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, shipping, and assisting in team coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsible, and committed to maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
• Supervise and support warehouse staff, including basic training and scheduling
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts and audits
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment in coordination with sales and customer service teams
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and report to Admin/Finance teams
• Ensure proper handling and storage of skincare products (temperature, hygiene, shelf-life)
• Ensure accurate labelling (distribution labels, price tags, expiry dates)
• Support deliveries and other warehouse duties when required

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and read/write basic English
• Minimum PSLE or equivalent
• Prior warehouse experience preferred (supervisory experience is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organizational and communication skills with a team-oriented attitude
• Physically fit and able to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs)
• Possess a valid driver’s licence (preferred)

• Assist the supervisor in day-to-day tasks
