• As a subject matter expert, you will consistently work to improve our suppliers' performance and the quality of our products.
• Supplier Auditing: Own the auditing process across all supplier management phases, including potential analysis, Cooperate Social Responsibility audits, initial sample process audits and comprehensive process audits.
• Supplier Development: Lead and support supplier quality and cost improvement activities. Conduct workshops, trainings, and regular follow-up visits to enhance supplier capabilities and performance in line with Bosch's requirements.
• Problem Solving: Intervene in critical supplier quality issues. You will take the lead onsite when our global plants require local support or when progress is stalled.
