As a key member of our procurement team, the Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing to support continuous production and business efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform Direct and Indirect Material planning and execution to meet Production schedule
• Maintain optimum / healthy inventory levels at all times.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (P.O.) in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Process and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries from suppliers.
• Assist HOD in sourcing materials for new sales enquiries
• Source and evaluate new suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and continuous procurement process improvements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF procedures and documentation standards in Purchasing Department
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and specifications.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Minimum STPM or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• (Preferred industries: Metal Stamping / Automotive / CNC Machining)
• Possess Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in inventory planning, forecasting, and materials requirement planning.
• Knowledge in application of ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate ie Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) applications.
• Knowledge in ISO/IATF QMS is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and sort incoming goods

• Arrange and shelve stock in an orderly and efficient manner

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare parcels according to customer orders

• Monitor and supervise daily work of general warehouse staff

• Ensure proper execution of warehouse SOPs and task delegation

• Conduct stock counts and inventory updates

• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

• Assist in loading/unloading shipments when needed

• Coordinate with supervisor and support daily warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma is a plus

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.

• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply too.

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.

• Must be able to supervise workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

• Strong sense of responsibility and good execution skills

• Physically fit and willing to engage in hands-on warehouse work

Job Responsibilities

As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for the role in the warehousing facilities:

*Forklift driving of goods/cargoes in the warehouse area.

*Receiving and dispatching of freight/cargoes.

*Perform loading and unloading of goods/consignments.

*Picking and packing of orders using RF scanning.

*Perform Inventory checks, ensure all stock is placed accordingly.
