Job Title: Purchasing Associate

Job Summary:
The Purchasing Associate is responsible for supporting the procurement process by sourcing, ordering, and monitoring materials, supplies, and services needed by the company. This role ensures timely purchasing, accurate documentation, and coordination with suppliers while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase requests and purchase orders

• Source and communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules

• Monitor order status to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

• Verify delivered items against purchase orders and invoices for accuracy

• Coordinate with warehouse and accounting departments regarding deliveries and payments

• Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier information, and inventory reports

• Assist in negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors when required

• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures

• Handle supplier inquiries, concerns, and discrepancies professionally

• Support cost-control initiatives and recommend alternative suppliers when necessary

Warehouse Associate - European MNC
Salary: $4000 max
9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Changi South

Job Scope:
Perform daily warehouse goods receiving task using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling

equipment.

Process, pick orders accurately and in a timely manner

Pack goods in an exportable manner before delivery

Transportation arrangements and delivery executions

Communicating and coordination with internal stakeholder, suppliers and 3PL

vendor on warehouse and logistics matters.

Track and record inventory levels, including performing cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.

Handling and executing Infor M3 (ERP system) and Microsoft Office

Always follow safety procedures and compliance

Location: Redhill
Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Sat: 9:00am – 12:00pm
• 5.5-day work week (Sunday off)

Job scope:

• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. Compare identifying information with bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records to verify that materials received are as ordered.
• Maintain accurate computerized records of all material transactions.
• Perform physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, storing, and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment.
• Set up daily pickups via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
• Load delivery trucks with order packages for delivery routes.
• Lift weights up to 22kg
• Follow safety standards stringently when handling products weighing more than 22kg
