We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (Full Set) to manage the full set of accounts independently from bookkeeping to financial reporting and knowledge of local accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements are required.
Working Location: Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)
Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday, onsite
Working hour: 9am – 6pm (include 1 hour break)
Key Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliation, and fixed assets.
Provide financial support for e-commerce operations, including online sales reconciliation and payment gateway settlements.
Prepare financial statements in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
Handle tax matters including SST submission, corporate tax filing, and liaising with LHDN.
Liaise with external tax agents to ensure timely and accurate tax computation, filing, and compliance.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2016, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory requirements.
Oversee cash flow management and prepare forecasts to support business decisions.
Support management reporting with analysis of financial performance and variance explanations.
Assist in process improvement and implementation of accounting best practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA) are highly valued.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Prior exposure in accounting firms (audit/tax) or e-commerce industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of MFRS and Malaysian tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead influencer collaborations, manage paid media campaigns, and drive e-commerce growth across online and social media platforms. This role combines creative content strategy with data-driven insights to boost brand visibility and sales.
Working Location: Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)
Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday, onsite
Working hour: 9am – 6pm (include 1 hour break)
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & Content Marketing
Plan content strategy to match brand goals and drive conversions
Work with agencies to select and manage KOLs/KOCs (pricing, timelines, scripts, content delivery)
Write clear briefs that fit brand tone and local culture
Review influencer scripts and materials for brand consistency and platform rules
Track campaign results (reach, views, engagement, ROI) and adjust strategy
Reuse top influencer content for ads and wider distribution
2. Paid Media & E-commerce
Run and optimize ads on SEM, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
Coordinate with agencies to boost sales on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
Monitor KPIs and refine ad strategies to grow traffic and conversions
3. Market & Trend Insights
Keep up with Southeast Asia social media trends, KOLs, and supplement industry updates
Track competitors and market changes
Build influencer and content investment plans using data
Skills & Qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, or business development
Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia social media, especially TikTok and Instagram
Experience in supplements is a plus
Skilled in tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads
Able to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for communication with China HQ
