About the Role

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and hands-on Social Media Assistant Manager / Manager to lead and execute the brand’s social media presence across key digital platforms. Overview

The Senior Manager, Media Sales, APAC is a key supporting role within the Premier League’s Media Rights team, helping to drive the sales process and development of the League’s media rights business across Asia Pacific.

Working closely with the Head of Media Sales, APAC, the role will support rights sales activity, partner management, market intelligence, and internal coordination across a diverse and strategically important region. The role is intended to strengthen the APAC team’s ability to manage both existing partner relationships and future sales opportunities, while bringing greater structure, coordination and follow-through to the sales process across multiple territories.

This role is designed to add meaningful commercial capacity to the APAC team by supporting market analysis, sales preparation, partner engagement, internal reporting, and the day-to-day progression of rights discussions and regional initiatives. APAC Media Rights Sales Support

•        Support the Head of Media Sales, APAC in the development and execution of the Premier League’s media rights sales strategy across selected APAC territories.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop overarching digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM, content, social media, and paid advertising (PPC) campaigns.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Budget Oversight: Allocate and manage marketing budgets across various platforms to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of projects and events (virtual, hybrid, live), including planning, budgeting, programme design, and execution to meet business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers, while identifying upselling opportunities and ensuring high client satisfaction
• Coordinate and lead project teams by assigning roles based on strengths, fostering collaboration, and mentoring team members for performance and development
• Conduct pre- and post-event briefings, leveraging data analysis and market insights to improve outcomes and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to processes, support cross-functional teams, and represent the organisation at industry events and networking platforms
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and validation of income and expenditure to ensure profitability
• Oversee supplier management, including negotiations, contract arrangements, and service delivery performance
• Maintain accurate documentation and update project management tools and systems to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the meetings and events industry
• Proven track record in planning and delivering large-scale virtual and in-person events across APAC and international markets
• Experienced in budget management, financial planning, and cost control
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and on-site event execution as required
• Good knowledge of local hotels, venues, and event sites suitable for international clients
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and professional presentation
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Job Scope:

International Event Implementation

• Manage end-to-end coordination of international events, including vendor management, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution

• Oversee participant logistics such as RSVP tracking, travel coordination, and on-site event operations

• Support post-event processes, including documentation of outcomes and follow-up actions for relevant workstreams

General Support

• Assist in coordinating initiatives across One Health-related areas, including planning and administrative support

• Coordinate and follow up exhibition, event setup, and commercial carpentry projects from design stage to completion.
