Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites (restaurants etc.).
Assign duties to cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to schedules and service standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety requirements.
Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
Monitor the use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment to ensure cost control and safe handling.
Handle client feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on manpower deployment, attendance, and site performance.
Coordinate with Operations Manager on manpower planning and service improvements.
