Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Support site coordination activities with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project progress.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum1–3 years of relevant experience in building construction projects. Fresh graduates with strong academic qualifications and internship experience may also be considered.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, residential, A&A (Addition & Alteration), or mixed-use development projects will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Device as a Service (DaaS) project
  • Manage the increasing volume of requests and ensure timely execution of project-related tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the appointed vendor to identify existing assets due for technical refresh.
  • Handle first-level inquiries from various departments and schools, addressing diverse historical scenarios and providing appropriate guidance.

  • Contract Staff PC Allocation
    • Manage the allocation of PCs for contract staff (new hires and replacements).
    • Coordinate with the DaaS vendor to ensure all contract staff receive their devices on time.

  • Common PC Replacement Activities
    • Oversee the replacement of common desktops for respective officers and centre.
