IT Service Management Support provides A&O Shearman (AOS) with an initial point of contact for providing first and second line resolution for IT support calls, requests and reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      IT Operations &Application Management

·       Lead and manage the overall operations of the IT Department.

6.      Vendor & Stakeholder Management

·       Serve as the primary liaison between local users, HQ IT teams, and external vendors.

7.      Budget & Asset Management
