Your role in the Team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to all our offices in Singapore.
• Serve as point of contact for all inbound service requests from users.
• On-site support for desktop applications, emails, printers and other hardware and networking related issues.
• Track all support with work logs on all cases, close or escalate to second level/vendors and follow up until the problems are solved.
• Liaise with Vendors and System providers to perform troubleshooting, rectification and assistance in upgrading works on all systems installed in our offices.
• Source for products, evaluate, propose, install, implement and maintain new or existing office hardware and software.
• Ensure all endpoints are properly configured and secured with anti-virus protection and according to IT policies.
• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment. Housekeeping of server room and equipment Racks.
• Provided simple application trainings to end-user as required.
• Implement and audit necessary controls and procedures to protect information according to IT policies.
• Provide operation support to system and network administrator and vendors.
• Assist Finance Managers on IT Asset Management processes.
• Provide assistance to Public Relations Manager on the management of websites and hosting services. (optional)
• Create and ensure network documentation and diagrams are up to date.
• To produce reports using Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
• Oversee IT Vendor performance and report to Management

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.(optional)
• Basic troubleshooting skills on Intranet and Internet, TCP/IP, DHCP, Windows and Mac OS, windows security is a must.
• Willing to travel between offices and to support business operations.
• Ability to manage IT projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and support of all network & telecommunication, front office, back office, architectures & network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), WIFI, servers, security & SOX controls, PCs & peripherals; etc and ensuring implementation are in accordance with the agreed design
• Ensure all IT services are meeting service level agreement and issues are being resolved in a timely manner
• Able to manage internal and external resources when delivering any projects or tasks and ensure all deliverables are on time and on budget
• Respond to email, calls and requests from users
• On site or remote IT support for IT hardware/software, follow up to remediate the vulnerabilities and/or threats and network related issues on users’ PC
• Assist users to troubleshoot IT problems, escalation & discuss issues with team members to identify root cause and resolve issue for users
• Carry out installation, upgrading of hardware and software, assist in daily IT operation work and take on projects
• Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement
• Maintenance and operations of IT equipment in server rooms
• Maintain IT inventory of hardware/software/licenses

Requirements

• Relevant IT experience (e.g. hands-on IT hardware and software maintenance and installations as well as network infrastructure knowledge)
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in an IT Support or System/Network Admin role
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experienced and knowledge in Wordpress, Outlook, Firewall, WAN, LAN and wireless network
• Basic knowledge on Team Video Conferencing/Audio Conferencing
• Possess Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalents

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Experience in of hardware, software, and Windows Server administration.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and server room operations.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance
• Experience with scripting for automation tasks or scheduled jobs is an advantage.
• Experience supporting enterprise end-user environments will be an advantage.
