Job Description

* Support the development and implementation of operational and strategic initiatives for the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department.

* Assist in the development and enhancement of Care Studio programmes and services.

* Monitor departmental KPIs and manage budget and resource utilization.

* Oversee manpower planning and operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation teams.

* Develop policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and MOH licensing standards.

* Support recruitment, staff development, and retention initiatives.

* Manage the daily operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department.

* Develop and promote centre-based and home-based rehabilitation and day care programmes.

* Manage enquiries, feedback, complaints, and incidents relating to centre operations.

* Identify and establish partnerships to support business development and client acquisition.

* Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) relating to clients and staff.

Requirements

* Degree or Master's qualification in Allied Health or related disciplines preferred.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a community care setting.

* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

* Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.

* Knowledge of the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) landscape will be an advantage.

* Experience in quality and risk management.

* Experience in coaching, counselling, and manpower planning.

* Experience in start-up operations for care centres, nursing homes, or elderly home care services will be an advantage.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

This is a vital role in ensuring the Cash Reconciliations Team can accurately reconcile all aspects of cash ledgers including those of internal as well as external brokers, within the strict deadlines and SLA’s of the Client Delivery teams across the business. This is a vital role in ensuring MFS can deliver on its internal SLA agreements and deliverables as agreed with Client Delivery teams for the cash reconciliations and other live cash services for a range of low to complex Private Equity Investment funds. The Junior Associate will manage their time effectively to nurture training and oversight of deliverables from junior staff, as well as review necessary work. They will also need to be involved with daily tasks and other BAU as dictated by the SLAs and deliverables.

The candidate will have a strong understanding of the structures and types of products within a private investment fund as well as strong accounting knowledge for the double entry and booking of transactions through the accounting system. Ideally the candidate will be a self-starter and also look to become involved in improvement projects for the team such as automation and technology.

For this role you may be tasked with reviewing the work of an Associate, ensuring tasks are completed and issues appropriately investigated. A Junior Associate Director will likely be the lead for multiple client collection accounts belonging to a Client Delivery team as well as having the ability to assist across other workstreams where necessary for coverage.

The candidate would also be responsible for knowledge transfer and training to new joiners.

• Ensure client transaction processing is complete, booked correctly & back up evidence is accurate.
• Review reconciliations prepared by other members of the team where necessary to maintain flow of workloads and coverage across the wider team.

What you'll do:

As a Client Services Associate based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role within the global Client Operations team. • Review annual tax reports as needed and verify billing calculations for accuracy while addressing any client queries related to these processes.
• Ensure all account opening documents are completed correctly; maintain strict adherence to KYC/AML regulations as well as local data protection laws.
