As a Principal Engineer in NAND TD RDA , you will lead a team in the use of next-generation defect detection equipment and processes to identify and solve issues. The goal of this position is to accelerate cycles of learning and technology transfer in Technology Development. As a Technology Development RDA Lead, your leadership and innovation will have the ability to impact the team globally. You and your team will be responsible to support experimentation, data analysis, baseline health metrics, and systematic and random defect improvement through partnering with others in Technical Development and Global Manufacturing.

Requirements :

• PhD /Masters in Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or Electrical and Electronics Engineering

• 6-8 years RDA experience in the semiconductor industry working in the process development for Equipment/Applications

• 6 - 8 years of experience in RDA Defect, semiconductor optical and electron beam inspection methods and e-beam technologies

• Exposure in various tools like KLA, AMAT

  Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing. Coordinates design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.

• Waste Collection & Transportation: Operate specialized vehicles, such as rear-end loaders (REL), hook-lift trucks, and compactors, to collect and transport general waste and recyclables from residential, commercial, and industrial premises to authorized disposal facilities.
