REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 7.5+ years

• Assist in executing Validation Runs on IQP/ETV materials under defined timelines, ensuring coverage completeness across MBIST and Native Mode flows.

As a Yield Enhancement Engineer of Micron, you will be responsible to define and communicate the issues in processing and designing which should be completed under the situation of limited wafer yield with a fast turnaround and accurate way.
