Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks on construction sites to meet project specifications and quality standards
- Adapt work schedule to include shift work and after-hours during project handovers to ensure timely completion
- Participate in practical skills assessments as requested by management to demonstrate competency
- Complete probation period tasks and evaluations to qualify for permanent employment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a carpenter in construction
- Willingness to work shifts and outside regular hours during project handovers
