Job Scope :

• Conduct routine checks on chiller operations, including chilled and cooling water temperatures, and inspect all service line utilities (water, compressed air, and natural gas) for leakage. Any defects or problem must be reported immediately to the Supervisor / HOD.
• Check and record compressor operating parameters, including pressure, temperature, motor current (ampere), slide valve position, motor speed, oil level, and running hours.
• Carry out water analysis for town water samples, including town water, drinking water, cereal water, and DPRS water.
• Record water meter readings daily.
• Attend breakdown plant in case trip or power down.
• Handel ammonia chiller troubleshooting isolation valve check area leaking & fix leaking area.
• Measure and record water conductivity, pH, and ORP for cooling towers (SA, RM, Nescafe, and chilled water systems), and inspect and clean water filters.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE when working with chillers, cooling towers, compressors, and ammonia or other work that requires PPE.
• Report any accidents or safety incidents immediately to the Supervisor / HOD.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical wiring works, including cable pulling, cable trunking, conduit installation, and termination.
• Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.).
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Major Fault Support & Review – Respond to Severity 1/2 incidents within 1 hour, log cases to Huawei TAC, lead troubleshooting, and conduct post event fault reviews.
• Operational Analysis – Deliver monthly reports covering cloud resource capacity, platform health, alarm analysis, and optimization recommendations.
• Risk Check – Perform quarterly in depth health checks (runtime status, capacity, configuration, warnings, version & license management) and provide rectification guidance.
• Basic & Advanced Cloud Service Version Upgrade – Lead upgrade solution design, pre upgrade checks, implementation, verification, and rollback for cloud platform and gPaaS/AI DaaS services

• Familiar with HCS deployment, tenant O&M processes (backup management, resource inspection, requirement management, risk management, asset management, expense analysis, monitoring & alarming.
• Strong foundational knowledge of datacom principles; familiar with TCP/IP, standard IP networking, and hybrid cloud networking; able to independently resolve basic datacom issues; proficient in physical network technologies and architectures.
• Strong capability to identify and demarcate cloud problems, lead problem closure, and drive backend improvements.
