Key Responsibilities
• Carry out daily production activities in accordance with SOP, safety, and quality requirements
• Operate production equipment and ensure smooth production flow
• Perform in-process quality checks and escalate abnormalities when required
• Support basic troubleshooting and follow established corrective action procedures
• Carry out accurate material system transactions and production documentation
• Report safety hazards, machine issues, product defects, and process abnormalities
• Support training activities and assist team members in maintaining production standards
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, work instructions, and company policies

Requirements
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
• Candidates with pharma, medical device, cleanroom, GMP, machine operation, or manufacturing experience will have an advantage
• Candidates with basic troubleshooting or production equipment experience are preferred
• Able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shift
• Comfortable working in cleanroom attire such as gloves, hairnet, and mask
• Able to stand for long hours and support physical production duties when required
• Able to follow strict SOP, safety, and quality standards

Working Hours
12-hour rotating shift
Day Shift: 7.00am to 7.15pm
Night Shift: 7.00pm to 7.15am
Shift Pattern: 2-2-3 rotating shift
Rotation: 1 month day shift / 1 month night shift

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of our company premises, which includes office space, F&B area and workers’ dormitory facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's office, warehouse, and dormitory facilities.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and in good working condition.

• Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance works, liaising with contractors and service vendors when required.

• Manage company dormitory matters, including room allocation, upkeep, housekeeping arrangements, and resolving residents' issues.

• Monitor facility-related inventories and ensure timely procurement of maintenance supplies.

• Handle basic administrative tasks such as maintaining maintenance records, service schedules, and facility documentation.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanliness, and company regulations across all facilities.

• Support ad-hoc facility and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, dormitory management, property management or estate operations.

• Experience managing mixed-use buildings, workers’ dormitory, commercial units, office premises or construction-related facilities will be an advantage.

• Familiar with basic building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, lighting, water leakage, pest control, waste disposal and general repair works.

• Able to coordinate with cleaners, contractors, vendors, tenants, workers and management.

• Knowledge of workplace safety, dormitory rules or building compliance requirements will be an advantage.

• Willing to be contactable for urgent facilities or dormitory matters when required.
