• Investigate and escalate production-related issues in a timely manner and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate effective communication between production associates, supervisors, and management.
• Provide support to other production areas and departments as required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work on rotating shifts as required (mandatory).

Requirement

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Minimum secondary school education, technical certification, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of production monitoring and ISO documentation requirements.

Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with manpower planning and production line balancing.

Able to perform manual handling tasks when required.
