Responsibilities:

• Assist the specialised chartering team in ensuring seamless and efficient voyage operations.
• Engage with brokers, counterparties, shipowners, and charterers on operational aspects related to vessels and/or cargo.
• Identify potential challenges in advance and take proactive steps to resolve them, improving overall charter efficiency.
• Verify and monitor Freight, Hire, and Commission invoices and payments, coordinating closely with the Accounts department.
• Track and manage time bar deadlines to ensure adherence.
• Perform other related or ad hoc duties as assigned to support operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Tanker Operations, ideally with exposure to Biofuels, Chemicals, or Vegetable Oils cargoes.
• Skilled in using spreadsheet applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Salary: $3,040 - $3,940

Job scope:
• Supervise daily production operations involving electronic repair, testing, mechanical assembly, and manufacturing activities.
• Lead, coach, and deploy production operators to meet production schedules, quality requirements, and operational targets.
•Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), production output, and manpower allocation to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of customer orders.
•Ensure all repair and assembly processes are performed in accordance with approved work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards.
•Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, escalating technical concerns where necessary to minimise downtime and disruptions.
•Monitor and drive adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, yield, cycle time, and defect rates.
•Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for quality and process-related issues.
•Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, ESD controls, quality standards, and operational procedures.
•Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
•Prepare production reports and provide updates on operational performance, staffing requirements, and improvement opportunities.

Requirement:
•Diploma or NITEC in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Approximately 3 years of supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing, technical repair operations, or mechanical assembly line environments.
•Hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing, product repair, testing, troubleshooting, or mechanical assembly processes.
•Proven experience leading production teams and coordinating daily manufacturing activities.

- Drive workers to site area and operate lorry crane to cut branches, etc

- Ferry workers around

- Supervise to make sure all workers wear the safety gear and adhere to safety procedures

- Collect and deliver waste and compost

- Any other adhoc work assigned

Job Requirements:

- Must hold class 4 driving licence, be familiar with Singapore roads and using GPS

- Must be confident and experienced in driving

- Must have experience operating lorry crane

- Must be able to accept to be on call in shifts because of nature of the business

- Must have initiative, hardworking, and willing to learn with positive attitude

- Perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

The Broadcast Operations Executive is responsible for monitoring, managing, and ensuring

the seamless transmission of live and pre-recorded events. This includes quality control,

Troubleshooting, and coordinating with technical teams to maintain broadcast standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the Preparation of playlists and TX suites and then executing live sports events (especially Tennis, Formula 1 racing, Soccer, Padel, Rugby, etc.).

2. Handling of LIVE playlists which include the firing of graphics for commercial requirements as well as service disruption from the service provider or source.

3. Ensure the accurate scheduling and timing of live content, managing any last-minute changes or adjustments. Maintain clean, accurate, end-to-end program output channels broadcast to multiple countries.

4. Monitor and ensure quality standards and playlist continuity for multiple channels, make sure playlists are running smoothly, in close partnership with our operations and Production department.

5. Proactively look for potential issues in playlists and content and amend or escalate as required

6. Establishes standard operation procedures for all transmission technologies activities which include audio/video and communications check-in.

7. Create, modify, and maintain Traffic Schedules with all events and Break information as requested.

8. Responsible for the Preparation of all emergency material in the event in case of cancellation, interruption, or bad weather conditions (LIVE Events).

9. Manage the upcoming up schedule in case of Match over run/under run & Time Management (pre- and Live Event)

10. Coordination with production teams, MCR & technical departments during live events.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of audio-visual (AV) technology involves video formats, multi-language audio tracks, understanding the equipment, setups, and troubleshooting for audio and visual systems.

2. Team player and ability to perform well under pressure.

3. Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

4. Strong organizational skills and a core technical understanding are required for this role.

5. Attention to detail to ensure broadcast accuracy and compliance.

6. Should have a go-getter attitude.

7. Ability to perform in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and supervise production line operations while performing hands-on tasks
• Cover operators when required to maintain production flow and targets
• Monitor line performance, quality, and food safety standards (GMP, hygiene, temperature)
• Conduct routine quality checks and basic corrective actions
• Ensure workplace safety, sanitation, and proper equipment usage
• Train and coach operators on procedures, quality, and safety standards
• Complete production records and support basic inventory and 5S practices
• Escalate operational or quality issues to the Team Leader when needed

Requirements

• Experience in food production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Comfortable working in a chilled/cold environment
• Basic understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality checks
• Able to operate basic production equipment and perform minor troubleshooting
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
