Part of the Global Product Group Organisation, the International Equity Asset Class Product Management team works across the Investments, Global Distribution, and Global Product leadership teams to maximize the breadth and impact of our international equity product suite.  The International Equity Asset Class Product Manager is part of a team of ten located across the London and Baltimore offices, reporting to the Head of International Equity Product Management, and responsible for leading product strategy, development, and management across T. ·        Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software/application development, gained through roles such as software development, application management, systems implementation, or technical leadership.

·        Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience using Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar languages.

· Experienced in delivering at least 1 AI-related project, with practical use of GenAI or similar technologies.

·        Expertise in mobile and web technologies, including React, Angular, Spring Boot, Django,or equivalent frameworks.

· Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and modern design patterns; able to evaluate solution options and architectural trade-offs.

· Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and containers such as Docker/Kubernetes), including end-to-end delivery with post-release support ownership and risk mitigation.

· Experiences supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, etc.).

· Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy/compliance requirements in government contexts.

· Demonstrated ability to design and build high-quality, scalable, and resilient solutions spanning multiple components/services.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for setting short and long-term strategies with a far reaching impact on all of the product offerings.

• Generate high level insights from formative research, market gaps and help drive the business to scale.

• Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.

• Understand customer needs and gather product requirements. Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

• Work closely with the team of product managers and product designers and conduct regular peer-reviews on the deliverables.

• Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Operations and Business team leads to understanding internal processes and facilitates efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS or eCommerce companies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred).

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and complex projects effectively, with strong decision-making skills that balance short-term and long-term business objectives.

• Deeply committed to delivering exceptional user experiences and passionate about solving meaningful problems.

• Highly independent, self-driven, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Open-minded and willing to take on new, exploratory, or undefined projects.

• Excellent communication skills, with strength in both persuasive and presentation contexts.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
