The Role

We're looking for a technically-minded Associate Product Manager to support our product line leads across KYB, KYC, and UBO. This is a great fit for someone early in their PM career who is comfortable working close to the technical layer — writing API specs, supporting client integrations, and using data to investigate and validate product behaviour.

You'll report to and work closely with the CPTO, with real ownership over your work from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support product line managers with business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution scoping.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, API docs, wireframes, and PRDs.
• Support API development cycles — reviewing, documenting, and improving API behaviour and edge cases.
• Assist with client proof-of-concept engagements — answer technical questions, validate integrations, and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate closely with engineering to execute on deliverables, balancing quality and time-to-market.
• Write feature specs, support QA test planning, manage backlog items, and help ship product improvements on time.
• Collect and synthesise feedback from client-facing teams; surface patterns and propose solutions to the product team.
• Maintain internal product documentation — specs, edge cases, changelogs, and FAQs — keeping them accurate and current.
• Leverage AI tools actively to accelerate spec writing, research, and day-to-day PM work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a technical role within compliance, regtech, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with compliance domains (KYC, KYB, AML, UBO) is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable reading and writing API documentation — REST, JSON payloads, error codes.
• SQL proficiency — able to query databases independently to investigate issues, validate data, and pull ad-hoc analysis without engineering support.
• A strong AI user — actively applies AI tools to improve your own workflows and output quality.
• Structured thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders clearly and efficiently.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required for communication with Mandarin-speaking associates and stakeholders).

• Ensure the timely completion of assembly builds and tests in compliance with specified requirements, drawings, and work instructions.
• Assist with gas panel assembly, encompassing the initial stages of pallet assembly, leak testing, and integration, as well as the final stages of functional testing and final quality control inspection.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocols.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry.
• Able to understand schematic and mechanical drawings.

Position title : Production Supervisor

Working Days: 5. 5 days A Week (44 hrs/week)
Working hours : Mon-Fri 7am - 4pm (or 8am - 5pm): Sat 7am - 11am (or 8am - 12pm)

Overview: 

We are a public-listed company that specialises in the manufacturing of steel prefabricated reinforcement for the construction industry. We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor progress of bar bending activities on the production shopfloor.
• Read and interpret drawings, bar bending schedules and shop drawings.
• Ensure timely completion of rebar cutting and bending works in accordance with approved drawings.
• Resolve all site issues related to production, quality and safety matters.
• Practice advance planning and manage critical activities involving materials, manpower and equipment.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure quality compliance and that all works are executed according to approved drawings.
• Ensure that production activities comply with safety and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any engineering field or GCE O level with manufacturing experience
• Preferably with relevant experience in full-time production supervision
• Knowledge of safety management is preferred
• WSH Certification for supervisory or lifting supervision will be an added advantage
