What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a seasoned security professional to act as the primary interface between our customers’ security teams and our internal product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders. This role is responsible for understanding customer security and regulatory requirements, mapping them to our product security controls, and confidently articulating, negotiating, and guiding customers toward mutually acceptable security outcomes.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years’ experience in cybersecurity delivery, technologyrisk, or security consulting within financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Senior Product Manager (e-Commerce), you will define and lead the product strategy for The Wonder Shop, driving engagement, customer lifetime value, and consequently revenue growth.

This is a strategic role with accountability for commercial outcomes, platform evolution, and AI-enabled optimisation across the end-to-end commerce journey. • Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap aligned with Mediacorp's digital and commerce strategy.
• Own key metrics including engagement, conversion rate and retention.

• Define North Star metrics and build performance dashboards across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

1. Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional efforts involving engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations.

• Manage external platform vendors, AI solution providers, and technology partners.

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to e-commerce, marketplace, or digital consumer platforms.
• Demonstrated experience using AI/ML-driven solutions in product development or optimisation.
• Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, data analytics, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Experience working closely with data science and analytics teams.
• Deep familiarity with modern e-commerce tech stacks including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, payments, logistics, and analytics platforms.

Requirements

•  Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO14001 management systems
• Experience in execution of continuous improvement activities Discipline control of production workforce to drive the workforce to meet the productivity and operations efficiency expectation.
• Understanding of other key function includes layout planning, cycle times and resource requirement planning
• Possess a Lean Green Belt will be an advantage
• Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
