1. Agent Ecosystem Product Development (Core)

• Responsible for the overall product design of the platform’s agent, referral, and distribution systems, including core capabilities such as referral relationship chains, agent hierarchies, and user attribution.
• Design and continuously optimize the agent lifecycle (acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, retention) to improve overall channel output.

2. Agent Portal (External-Facing)

• Enhance agents’ self-service operational capabilities and reduce reliance on manual BD support.

3. BD Management System (Internal-Facing)

• Responsible for designing the BD management backend, including agent management, policy configuration, permission controls, data viewing, and related functions.
• Support BDs in agent segmentation management, strategy setup, and day-to-day operations to improve channel management efficiency.
• Abstract non-standard BD requests into scalable product capabilities rather than handling them through one-off custom development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience in growth, monetization, or platform products.
• Strong end-to-end product management skills, able to independently drive complex system-based projects to launch.
• Clear logical thinking with strong abstraction skills and structured problem-solving ability.
• Experience with agent systems, affiliate programs, distribution models, or referral growth products.

Job Overview

• Champion he SEA perspective within the company across marketing, product development and sales. Externally advocate our strategy to internal and external stakeholders with a proven understanding and deep appreciation of the unique demands of SEA’s market(s) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product/SKU information and assets, ensuring its upkeep with timely updates and dissemination to stakeholders across departments and entities.
• Oversee the execution of BNE’s Product lifecycle: Product readiness and landscape research (Gaming, IP, Console technology etc.), competitive analysis, product planning and positioning, roadmap development and product launch. To also propose, execute, and maintain production timelines for retail bonuses.
• Analyses sales data and develop Product strategy documents for accountable brands, as well as the Southeast Asia region, specifying commercial objectives (sales forecast), technical and language requirements, product positioning and pricing strategy for all SKUs.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Digital, Commercial and Publishing teams on thelead up to the release of products

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Consulting or Business-related fields.
• Strong bilingual capacity in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1-N2 equivalent). Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin will be a bonus.
• Proven experience of having led and/or managed a product development lifecycle or complex project, from end-to-end.
• Experienced with cross-functional team management. Working with overseas counterparts a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), as well as experience working with management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion and interest in Gaming (Console, PC, Mobile etc.).

• Strong command of running product development processes and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, with a track record of taking products from concept to delivery
• Hands-on experience with customer-driven product development practices
• Exceptional analytical skills - able to structure databases, generate insights, guide decisions, and communication findings through storytelling and visualization
• Familiarity with API integrations, software solutions, and translating product features into logical rules, with basic code literacy

You will lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and measurement, while coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability. This is a consultancy role: you own outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigour to enabling others as you do to shipping products.

Be Part of Our Success

• Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build.
• Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation

• Coach client Product Managers through daily pairing, identify gaps and tailor enablement.

Qualities We Value

• Experience: 8+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end; track record of leading discovery and killing projects when evidence demands it.
• Coaching: Experience enabling Product Managers or Owners through pairing or mentorship in a consultancy or client-facing context.
• Methods: Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, outcome-based roadmaps.

Job Scope:

1. (Primary Focus) Internal Stakeholder Engagement & Trust Building : Engage with different divisions to understand their workflows, challenges and identify opportunities for AI adoption. Build trust and buy-in for AI initiatives across the organisation

2. AI Solution Positioning: Translate AI capabilities into clear, simple messaging for internal stakeholders. Help stakeholders understand what AI can and cannot do and how it can support the organisation  

3. Governance & Compliance Alignment : Work closely with policy and compliance teams to support in communicating safe and responsible use of AI internally

4. Cross-functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between AI strategy / engineering teams & Business units / divisions

5. Adoption Planning (Internal Rollout): Support internal rollout of AI initiatives and gather feedback from divisions to refine messaging and improve adoption and usability

6. Gradually support external communication and public-facing positioning once internal alignment is established

Requirements: 

• Experience in product marketing, communications, or stakeholder engagement roles, preferably in tech, digital, or public sector

• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders or business units

• Familiarity with regulated environments / governance considerations is advantageous

• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments
