Graduate Project Manager

Your career in project management will see you working on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development of international airports to site-based construction of individual buildings. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use. What this means for your development is the breadth of experience you will receive - from working as part of a large team to learn our methodologies, to managing your own project independently with accountability for delivery and generating income. You will receive accredited training to develop your skills alongside on the job learning. Responsibilities as follows: 

• To support project management commissions. 
• To facilitate the implementation of processes to manage time, cost and quality of the project. 
• To produce project plans. 
• To monitor project progress and other performance indicators, including preparation of progress reports. 
• To track and document changes. 
• To liaise with the project stakeholders. 
• To coordinate meetings and draft minutes 

This is a 2-month Solution Analyst position. The responsibilities are included but not limited to:

• Requirements & Translation: Collaborate with QC, Traders, and Logistics teams to document complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications;
• Solution Design: Execute solution designs for system configurations and integrations (ERP, trading systems), validating feasibility and trade-offs with development teams;
• Roadmap Management: Support the Tastify landscape by maintaining the solution backlog and prioritizing enhancements based on operational impact.
• Triage & Delivery: Act as the first point of triage for user bugs and requests while executing UAT plans to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Governance & Optimization: Implement frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and process optimization within the platform.

• Perform data collection from various project teams to compile portfolio-level information as per communication and alignment with customer or customer interface.
• Generate standardized project and portfolio status reports based on established templates and schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are current and stored in the designated repositories.
• Execute PMO processes for project monitoring and control under the guidance of senior team members.
• Utilize project management tools to track project data, resource allocation, and budget information accurately.
• Conduct quality checks on project data submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness for reporting.
• Collaborate with project team members to gather necessary project updates and resolve data discrepancies.
• Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting PMO procedures and lessons learned from reporting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.
