Engage with pharmacists to gather data on competitor products, enhancing brand value and maintaining a competitive edge.

Collaborate with the project management team to organize Sparsh and life awareness programs, nurturing positive connections with stakeholders.

The Integrations Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex customer integrations between Assent’s SaaS platform, customer systems, and 3rd-party integration partners. This role owns the end-to-end integration project lifecycle — from scoping to go-live — ensuring all internal technical teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders execute against a clear and achievable timeline.

The Integrations Project Manager oversees daily project activities, cross-functional alignment, milestone delivery, quality compliance, and risk mitigation, ensuring integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Project Leadership

• Owns the delivery of customer integrations from initiation through cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

• Creates detailed project plans, schedules, and integration timelines, coordinating internal teams (Engineering, Product, Data, Security, Customer Success, Data Consulting), external integration partners, and customer IT resources.

• Translates complex technical requirements into clear deliverables, dependencies, and risk considerations.

• Ensures all integration activities — configuration, development, testing, UAT, and deployment — adhere to quality and security standards.
   

Technical & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Acts as the primary project manager between Assent’s technical teams, customer system owners, and third-party system integrators.

• Facilitates technical discussions involving APIs, middleware, data mapping, authentication methods, and event-based or scheduled integrations.

• Supports customers and partners in understanding integration options, constraints, and required artifacts.

• ERP/PLM System Expertise

• Applies strong working knowledge of ERP and PLM systems to guide project scoping, data mapping decisions, and customer architecture discussions.

• Understands common integration patterns with enterprise systems and can identify risks related to data structure, system limitations, security, or workflow misalignment.

• Works closely with Engineering , Product, and 3rd Integration Partners to unblock technical issues, clarify requirements, and manage change requests.

REPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the Supply Planning and Procurement Manager by providing the strategic supply plan to be executed by Planners.
• Optimization of system settings using exception reporting and feedback loop from the Material Planning Supervisor or Senior Materials Planner.
• Manage resupply planning to ensure inventory availability based on demand forecasts and sales orders.
• Execute purchase orders (POs) with approved resin suppliers, ensuring alignment with lead times, MOQs, and contractual terms.
• Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with 3PL partners, internal warehouses, and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track supplier performance, shipment delays, and escalate issues to resolve supply disruptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Order Fulfilment, and Logistics teams to address customer inquiries, expedite shipments, and resolve fulfilment issues.
• Support periodic S&OP processes with supply updates and material availability inputs.

Your Profile:

• Prior experience in Materials Planning/Procurement/Purchasing experience
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain
• Proficiency with SAP is a plus
• Proficiency with the MS Office package, specifically Excel

About the Role

As a Serialization Associate, you will serve as a front-line execution specialist responsible for investigating, resolving, and documenting DSCSA compliance exceptions across our pharmaceutical 3PL client portfolio. Working in a fast-paced, 24x6 support environment, you will own ticket resolution from triage to closure — ensuring serialization events are accurate, compliant, and fully traceable.

What You'll Do

▸  DSCSA Transaction & Exception Handling

• Investigate and resolve EPCIS file failures including schema errors, master data mismatches, and event sequence violations
• Validate commission events, aggregation hierarchies (SSCC to Case to Each), shipping/receiving confirmations, and returns verification events
• Review inbound and outbound EPCIS transactions for accuracy prior to retransmission
• Identify and correct mismatches in SGTIN/SSCC, GLN/SGLN, lot/expiry data, and business step inconsistencies
• Document all exceptions and resolutions in ServiceNow with sufficient detail for audit purposes

▸  Serialization Lifecycle Execution

• Apply working knowledge of the full DSCSA event lifecycle: Commission, Pack/Aggregate, Ship, Receive, Return, and Destroy
• Validate aggregation integrity before authorizing outbound shipment events
• Troubleshoot serialized returns and product status discrepancies across trading partners
• Support reprocessing and retrigger strategies for failed or rejected events

▸  Platform & Repository Troubleshooting (L4 Systems)

• Work within serialization platforms including TraceLink, rfxcel, and Systech
• Identify and resolve common repository rejections: duplicate commissioning, invalid aggregation structures, missing transaction identifiers
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex platform-level issues requiring configuration review
