Beyondsoft International (Singapore) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion and drive AI-led digital transformation across the Japanese Enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Independently identify and capture new business opportunities to expand our footprint within Japanese MNCs and their subsidiaries across regional markets.
- Drive revenue growth by leading the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
- Partner with internal engineering teams to develop localized, customer-centric solutions and deliver high-impact technical presentations.
- Track and analyze sales data and key performance metrics to optimize business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation activities to boost brand awareness within the target segment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
· A strong, existing network of Japanese corporate clients based in Singapore is essential.
· A proven track record in selling IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions is highly advantageous.
· Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and GMs.
· Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
· Fluency in English and Japanese is required to support collaboration with regional teams.
