Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Degree must be recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore).
• 5 years’ experience of Front-end engineering, engineering design, procurement, construction, hook-up, and commissioning with a good understanding of technical integrity management systems, project management, quality and assurance systems.
