As a Project Manager (Freelance On-site), you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Job Summary:

The Small Business Clients segment in Business Banking (“BB”) aims to support companies with turnover of up to US$15m in Singapore by providing a comprehensive suite of financing solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will actively acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients, cross-sell the full BB product suite to exceed quarterly sales targets, support team members where required, and deliver exceptional service that consistently earns positive client feedback.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank business clients and achieve quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Cross-sell a full suite of business banking products to deepen client engagement.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit underwriting standards.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and respond to customer enquiries within two business days.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business banking, SME banking, or commercial banking.
