Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of “Territory Business Manger” to drive sales of pharmaceutical products in your assigned territory. Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for understanding market trends and competition status by gathering information from stockists and chemists and relaying this data to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• You will be responsible for conducting Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) on doctors in the assigned area to identify potential high-prescribers and providing the final list of doctors likely to prescribe large quantities to the SBM/RSM for sales forecasting purposes.

• You will be responsible for obtaining sales targets and promotion budget details from SBM/RSM.

Additionally, the role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders within the designated region, monitoring competitor information, and staying updated with doctors' prescription trends through collaboration with pharmacy managers. The incumbent will also be responsible for planning and executing Continuing Medical Education (CME) initiatives and other relevant activities to uphold the company's brand image.
 

Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for promotion of the products by implementing marketing strategies using visual aids and feedback to the Project Management Team (PMT) while assessing competitors' products. Analyse doctor prescription trends to pitch products aligned with their preferences for specific molecules. Engage with pharmacists to gather data on competitor products, enhancing brand value and maintaining a competitive edge.
• You will be responsible to foster relationships with key opinion leaders and doctors, gathering feedback and competitor information, while providing medical support through Continuing Medical Education (CME) and resolving queries. Collaborate with the project management team to organize Sparsh and life awareness programs, nurturing positive connections with stakeholders.
• You will be responsible of weekly goal setting for each product and each doctor, study market trend and competitors’ products to understand their influence on customers in order to ensure that goals set for each week are achieved and overall yearly sales targets are met.
• You will be responsible to coordinate field activities for Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, persuading doctors to participate with the company.Arrange speakers and venues for CME events, collaborating with other divisions to jointly organize the sessions.
• You will be responsible to manage logistics for corporate social responsibility initiatives like the awareness for Life program, contributing to the establishment of the company's brand image within the medical community.
• You will be responsible to review the sales of existing products through weekly sales review meetings, weekly statements from stockiest and compare against set targets, take corrective actions in case of any shortfalls to ensure that weekly sales targets are achieved.
• You will be responsible to manage Territory Data by regularly engaging with pharmacy managers and distributors to collect sales data and input RCPA data into the Unnati portal.
• You will be responsible to maintain an updated list of doctors within the designated area via handheld devices, and regularly meet with retailers to track product status.
• You will be responsible to organize monthly schedules using palm-top devices, inputting visit data and generating reports as necessary to ensure the portal contains the latest information.

The Integrations Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex customer integrations between Assent’s SaaS platform, customer systems, and 3rd-party integration partners. This role owns the end-to-end integration project lifecycle — from scoping to go-live — ensuring all internal technical teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders execute against a clear and achievable timeline.

The Integrations Project Manager oversees daily project activities, cross-functional alignment, milestone delivery, quality compliance, and risk mitigation, ensuring integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Project Leadership

• Owns the delivery of customer integrations from initiation through cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

• Creates detailed project plans, schedules, and integration timelines, coordinating internal teams (Engineering, Product, Data, Security, Customer Success, Data Consulting), external integration partners, and customer IT resources.

• Translates complex technical requirements into clear deliverables, dependencies, and risk considerations.

• Ensures all integration activities — configuration, development, testing, UAT, and deployment — adhere to quality and security standards.
   

Technical & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Acts as the primary project manager between Assent’s technical teams, customer system owners, and third-party system integrators.

• Facilitates technical discussions involving APIs, middleware, data mapping, authentication methods, and event-based or scheduled integrations.

• Supports customers and partners in understanding integration options, constraints, and required artifacts.

• ERP/PLM System Expertise

• Applies strong working knowledge of ERP and PLM systems to guide project scoping, data mapping decisions, and customer architecture discussions.

• Understands common integration patterns with enterprise systems and can identify risks related to data structure, system limitations, security, or workflow misalignment.

• Works closely with Engineering , Product, and 3rd Integration Partners to unblock technical issues, clarify requirements, and manage change requests.

• Project Execution & Governance

• Drives day-to-day project operations, ensuring all stakeholders meet milestone dates and deliverables.

• Manages project scope, risk, dependencies, and resource alignment.

• Supports and enforces Agile practices where appropriate, balancing structure with practical delivery needs.
