Job Requirements:

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of business analysis experience with focus on digital transformation and system modernisation projects
• Proven experience analysing CRM systems and customer service processes, preferably in government or public sector environments
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
• Experience with website development projects and internet-facing application analysis
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and performance metrics definition
• Understanding of AI and automation technologies in business process contexts

·      We are seeking an experienced Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Functional Business Analyst with deep expertise in Private Banking and Wealth Management systems. 

·      The role involves leading business analysis activities across large-scale implementations, with a strong focus on order-to-trade lifecycle, portfolio management, and banking products. 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Business Analysis & Functional Expertise Act as a Senior Functional Business Analyst for TAP (Triple A Plus). 

·      Drive analysis across: Order-to-Trade Lifecycle Management Portfolio Performance Analysis Strategy & Constraints Screens, Statements, and Reporting Conduct Product Lifecycle Workshops (PLW) and produce Gap Analysis documentation.

·       Prepare: High-Level Solution Design (HLSD) Functional Specification Documents (FSD) User Stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Scrum Teams in Agile delivery. 

·      Domain Expertise Strong understanding of International Private Banking.
