Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on application development and enhancement projects.
• Proven hands-on experience managing projects implementing Life400,p400 or Integral etc.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Java-based applications and enterprise systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments with competing priorities
