Responsibilities

• Provide market and business insights and support business on financial modelling for business proposal or decision making
  
• Analyse monthly financial results and business drivers and provide supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
  
• Manage the annual budgeting process and analyse economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts
  
• Partner the business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
  
• Prepare adhoc presentations for COO and/or CFO
  
• Strengthen current internal controls and improve Finance processes and systems
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, with CPA or relevant professional qualification
  
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 3 years in external audit
  
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

JobDuties and Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams of TechnicalOfficers and Managers to oversee project works involving MEP, building,structural, civil works in an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contractand ensure that KPIs are met
  
• Responsible for preliminary survey, feasibilitystudies and working with consultants, vendors, users to determine requirements,preparing cost estimates to derive project budgets for variousmulti-disciplinary projects.
  
• Ensure that project technical specifications,regulatory compliances, code of practises, schedule of work and all necessarydocumentations are obtained, and project milestones are met.
  
• Responsible for developing detailed projectplans, budgets, schedule, ensure that project technical specifications,regulatory compliances, code of practises, all necessary documentations areobtained, project milestones are met and ensuring high quality workmanship aredelivered.
  
• Attend regular maintenance meetings on behalf ofthe Company with Clients and Clients’ Representatives.

RequiredQualifications

• At least 5 years relevant working experience inProject Management works involving engineering / A&A projects.
  
• Recognized Degree inBuilding/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, ProjectManagement, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
  
• Strong understanding of M&E systems,building infrastructure, and maintenance best practices and ability to read /interpret technical drawings, schematics.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, andstakeholder management skills
  
• Knowledge in BIM, AutoCAD and/or Revit MEPadvantageous.

The Project Manager will play a critical role in managing cross functional projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of key initiatives.

This individual will oversee portfolio timelines across multiple team functions to lead cross-subject project milestones with effective stakeholder management and communication on statues while taking ownership to drive efficient solutions to keep alignment with planned scope, deliverables, and expectations.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and experience in highly regulated or technology driven environments—ideally within financial markets, exchanges, clearing or SaaS platforms.

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within an organisation, focusing on both strategic and tactical aspects of project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for multiple concurrent projects across streams.
  
• Coordinate and streamline collaboration between internal departments (Technology, Product, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Legal, etc.).
  
• Ensure alignment between project requirements, resources, and deliverables.
  
• Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring projects.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between Abaxx Exchange and external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
  
• Manage vendor performance, deliverable quality, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
  
• Lead discussions, negotiations, and escalation processes to resolve scope, timelines, technical challenges, or operational issues.
  
• Develop UAT strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.
  
• Identify project risks, constraints, and gaps early; propose mitigation strategies and solutions.
  
• Facilitate issue resolution across internal teams and vendors.
  
• Maintain accurate risk logs, issue trackers, and project documentation.
  
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive briefings.
  
• Ensure projects comply with governance processes, regulatory expectations, and internal audit requirements.
  
• Maintain documentation such as BRDs, project plans, meeting minutes, and RAID logs.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  
• 10-15 years of experience in project management, ideally within fintech, financial services, trading platforms, exchanges, clearing or technology implementation.
  
• Proven experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with certification in relevant area.
  
• Hands-on experience planning and executing UAT cycles.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• High degree of ownership, follow-through, and operational discipline.
  
• Possess excellent leadership skills to guide project teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
