POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Singapore to drive our Companys' growth. As a BDR, this role will be the first point of contact for potential customers, working to generate qualified leads and build strong relationships with decision makers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Life Sciences or Consumer Products industries, including an understanding of the Regulatory landscape. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Research target companies and key contacts to create a tailored approach for outreach, in line with marketing and sales strategy using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM, SalesNavigator to gather information;
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor or equivalent degree required
1-3 years of business development or sales experience in a Life Science or Consumer Health industries
Self-motivated and target driven
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in sales stack, Salesforce etc
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment
Ability to work cross functionally with sales, marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
