THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the Singapore market. You will be the face of the platform ("greetsquare.com") — engaging employers to post jobs and attracting job seekers to register and use our portal. This is a field-facing, relationship-driven role suited for someone who thrives on targets and building connections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A) Employer Acquisition & Retention
- Identify and approach SMEs, Startups, MNCs, staffing agencies, and hiring managers to onboard them as employers on the Greetsquare portal
- Present and demonstrate the platform's features, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close subscription or job-posting packages
- Maintain relationships with existing employer accounts to drive renewals and upsells
B) Job Seeker Growth
- Develop and execute outreach initiatives to grow the job seeker base, including partnerships with schools, community centres, WSG affiliated programmes, and professional associations
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and community drives to promote Greetsquare to active and passive job seekers
C) Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Represent Greetsquare at industry events, roadshows, and B2B meetings
- Work closely with the management team to support campaigns, referral programmes, and social media initiatives
- Gather market feedback and share insights to improve platform features and positioning
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in HR tech, recruitment, or digital platforms is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an advantage for engaging diverse communities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Proficient in social media apps, google workspace and CRM tools desirable
