Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Admin Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on quotation preparation, client coordination, and supporting project costing activities. You will work closely with internal departments and external clients to ensure accurate pricing and smooth communication throughout each project.

Responsibilities
- Prepare project quotations based on client requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, admin) to gather necessary information for pricing
- Maintain and update quotation records, pricing templates, and customer databases
- Liaise with clients to clarify specifications, answer inquiries, and provide timely follow-up
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Support management in identifying and tracking new project leads or business opportunities
- Assist with general administrative tasks and internal business operations as required
Requirements
- Experience in construction, utilities, engineering, or similar project-based environments preferred
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings, site layouts, and technical maps
- Strong analytical skills for calculating labour, materials, and equipment costs
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tight deadlines
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (for costing) and Microsoft Word (for documentation)
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
- Experience with tender submissions, proposal preparation, or quotation packaging is an advantage
